They handle maintenance issues quickly, and most important at a fair price, with $0 mark up cost! If the maintenance issue is something serious, he will get a second and sometimes third estimate. They handle my tenants issues/complaints quickly and fairly, holding them accountable when it was caused due to their negligence.
